*Once an annual membership is purchased, it cannot be canceled if the employee leaves the company. However, it can be transferred to another employee. In the event of a membership transfer, the original renewal date will be the one used. It will be the company’s responsibility to cancel and transfer employee memberships. Memberships will be automatically renewed unless a written cancelation request is received before the renewal date.
